Acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Kuldeep Singh Gardgajj, has arrived in Malaysia for a two-day visit. Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, he was warmly welcomed by the local Sikh Sangat with siropaos and floral garlands.
During this visit, Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gardgajj will participate in Gurmat programs organized jointly by the Sikh Youth Sabha Malaysia and Tatt Khalsa Diwan Selangor, dedicated to Khalsa Sajna Divas and Vaisakhi celebrations.
The programs are scheduled at Gurdwara Guru Nanak Darbar, Tatt Khalsa Diwan Selangor on April 4 and 5, with evening sessions attended by the Jathedar. After completing the events, he is set to return to India on April 6.
Also present during the reception were S. Baldev Singh Bholake (personal assistant), S. Jaskaran Singh (secretariat, Sri Akal Takht Sahib), S. Avtar Singh (former president, Gurdwara Sahib Petaling Jaya), S. Parmjeet Singh (Jathedar, Sikh Youth Sabha Malaysia), and other community members including S. Manjeet Singh, S. Surjit Singh, S. Harjit Singh, S. Ajit Singh, S. Gurpal Singh, S. Resham Singh, S. Harmit Singh, and S. Ramandeep Singh Sonu.
This visit underscores the continued engagement of the Sikh leadership with the global Sikh community, fostering religious and cultural ties across nations.
