As per the complaint filed by Saurabh Thakur, a resident of Sanjauli, Shimla, he was traveling with his acquaintance Rahul from Kumarhsein for vehicle-related work. During the journey, they were accompanied by another individual as well.
However, during travel from Sai to Sunni road, a verbal argument broke out among them. Moreover, the disagreement quickly escalated into a physical clash, resulting in injuries to Saurabh Thakur.
Consequently, the situation turned serious, prompting immediate police intervention.

Following the incident, locals shifted the injured youth to Community Health Centre, Kumarhsein, for medical treatment. Doctors conducted a medical examination and prepared a report confirming injuries.
Based on medical findings and preliminary investigation, police added Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to the case. Furthermore, Police Station Kumarhsein registered FIR number 35/2026 under Sections 109, 118(1), and 3(5) of BNS.

Police identified the accused as Vikrant, son of Subhash Chand, resident of village Shelgh, post office Faral, Kumarhsein (age 28), and Rahul, son of late Panna Lal, resident of village Lavan, post office Kingal, Kumarhsein (age 23).
Moreover, police arrested both accused soon after the investigation began. Officials confirmed that they are following proper legal procedures and preparing to present the accused before the Hon’ble Court.
