Shimla (Kameshwar Sharma): Shimla Police carried out strict preventive action to maintain law and order in the city. Under the BNSS for Public Disorder, officers detained three individuals from different police station areas for disturbing public peace.

First Case: Chopal Police Station Action
In the Chopal police station area, an individual assaulted his wife and family members while under the influence of alcohol. The complainant reported continuous fighting and abusive behavior at home.
When police reached the spot, they tried to calm the situation. However, the accused continued aggressive behavior. As a result, police detained him under BNSS Sections 126/170 as part of BNSS for Public Disorder.
A medical examination confirmed alcohol consumption. After that, police prepared a kalandra and submitted it to the concerned executive magistrate court for further proceedings.
Second Case: Sunni Area Disturbance
In the Sunni police station area, another complaint involved a man creating a public nuisance outside a woman’s house. He shouted, used abusive language, and issued threats while under the influence of alcohol.
Despite repeated warnings from police and locals, he continued his aggressive behavior. He also attempted to escalate the situation into physical violence.
