Pathankot: In a humanitarian initiative, Punjab Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak extended financial assistance to three needy families in the Bhooa Assembly constituency.
The assistance was provided with the aim of supporting housing needs and improving living conditions of economically weaker families.
Financial Assistance Provided
A needy family from Balsua village received ₹50,000, while two other families from Narayanpur and Manjh villages were also given ₹50,000 each. The financial support has been specifically provided for house construction purposes.
Government Commitment
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak said that the Punjab Government is committed to standing with every needy citizen and ensuring that no one is left behind.
He added that various welfare schemes are being implemented continuously to benefit all sections of society and improve their quality of life.
Ongoing Support Assurance
The minister also assured that the beneficiaries will continue to receive support in the future if required. He emphasized that such initiatives strengthen trust between the government and the public.
The families expressed happiness after receiving the assistance, stating that timely support can bring meaningful changes in their lives.
