Millets and Nutrition Seminar Kangra Promotes Better Health

The Millets and Nutrition Seminar Kangra focused on the importance of balanced nutrition for TB patients. Experts explained how millets can improve health outcomes and support faster recovery.

They described millets as a superfood because they contain protein, fiber, iron, calcium, zinc, and other essential nutrients. Moreover, these nutrients help strengthen immunity and reduce weakness in patients. Additionally, experts noted that millet-based diets help maintain energy levels. Therefore, they can play a key role in addressing malnutrition among people living with TB.
