Amritsar (Suraj Kamlesh): Municipal Commissioner Bikramjit Singh Shergill directed officials to organise an HIV Awareness Camp at the Water Treatment Project Site near Walla in Amritsar. The camp aimed to promote health awareness and ensure the wellbeing of workers engaged in the ongoing water infrastructure project.

This project is being developed with support from the World Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Additionally, the project will treat water from the Upper Bari Doab Canal before supplying it to homes.
