Sri Amritsar Sahib (Simran Santosh Rajput): An NDA-linked delegation visited Gurdwara Gurdarshan Prakash at Chowk Mehta on Sunday. The members paid obeisance at the gurdwara. Thereafter, they attended a significant Damdami Taksal Chowk Mehta Meeting with Giani Harnam Singh Khalsa.

Sources said the delegation represented Hindostan Awam Morcha (HAM). Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi sent the team to Punjab. The Damdami Taksal Chowk Mehta Meeting lasted nearly two hours. During the discussion, participants addressed Sikh community concerns and Punjab-related issues.

Delegation Discusses Community Concerns

After the Damdami Taksal Chowk Mehta Meeting, HAM National Youth Leader Mohammad Kamal Parvez spoke to the media. He said Satnam Singh Gill, President of the Minority Welfare Organization, arranged the meeting.

Furthermore, Parvez explained the purpose of the visit. He said the delegation discussed challenges facing the Sikh community. In addition, they exchanged views on possible solutions. They also explored how the central government could help address key concerns.
