Amritsar (Dawarka Nath Rana): Under the directions of Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, the Commissionerate Police Amritsar launched a major security checking drive across the city to ensure public safety and maintain law and order.
The Amritsar Police Security Checking operation covered several sensitive areas within the city. Police teams conducted special naka checking in both inner-city and outer areas while increasing patrol activities in important locations.

Local police teams and Special Operation Group (SOG) commandos jointly carried out the security operation. Officials conducted patrols and checked vehicles in different blocks of the Ranjit Avenue area.
