The Colony Property Dispute began when one family constructed a small rear gate for pedestrian use. Soon after, the other side allegedly built a wall in the same lane, blocking access.
As a result, tensions increased between both groups. Local residents said the arguments quickly escalated and finally turned into a physical confrontation after one side called people to remove the wall.
