AAP Marks Four Years of Bhagwant Mann Government with Statewide ‘Shandaar 4 Saal’ Outreach Campaign

AAP Celebrates 4 Years of Bhagwant Mann Govt in Punjab

Marking four years of governance under Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government on Friday continued its statewide outreach campaign titled “Shandaar 4 Saal, Bhagwant Mann De Naal.”

The second day of the party’s Samvad initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation across Punjab, as ministers and MLAs directly interacted with citizens, presented the government’s performance report card, and gathered public feedback.

Cabinet ministers Barinder Goyal, Harbhajan Singh ETO, and Lal Chand Kataruchak engaged with residents in their respective constituencies through public meetings and corner gatherings. During these interactions, they highlighted key achievements of the Bhagwant Mann-led government over the past four years.

Speaking in Lehra, Minister Barinder Goyal stated that the government has focused on bringing real change at the grassroots level, ensuring that welfare benefits reach every household. Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO emphasized improvements made in sectors such as education, healthcare, electricity supply, employment generation, infrastructure development, and law and order.

Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak added that the campaign is not only aimed at showcasing achievements but also at strengthening direct communication with citizens and understanding their aspirations.

As part of the outreach drive, AAP legislators and party leaders visited several villages and urban wards, including Barnala, Rajrana (Sardulgarh), Momiyan (Shutrana), Bahu Yatri (Bathinda Rural), and Gidder (Bhucho Mandi). Similar programmes were organized in Bhai Bakhtaur, Ghuman Kalan, Mansa, Kasam Bhatti (Jaito), and Ludhiana East.

On the second day of the campaign, meetings were also held in various areas of Dheemanwali (Kotkapura), Samana, Khiali (Mehal Kalan), and Balluana, where large numbers of people gathered and expressed strong support for the initiative.

The statewide campaign aims to strengthen public engagement while showcasing the government’s performance ahead of upcoming political developments in the state.
