Soldier Served the Nation Since 2017
According to reports, Abhishek Kumar joined the Indian Army in 2017 and actively served the nation.
He married in 2024, and his family had recently started a new chapter of happiness. However, his sudden demise became an irreparable loss for the entire region.
Reports said he returned to duty in Hisar nearly a month ago after completing leave.
Soldier Received Treatment in Delhi Army Hospital
During duty, his health suddenly worsened. Doctors later confirmed jaundice after he suffered from vomiting blood and severe illness.
Subsequently, doctors admitted him to the Army Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi for treatment. Despite continuous medical efforts, doctors could not save him, and he passed away on Saturday morning.
Family Has Strong Army Background
Abhishek Kumar’s father, Janak Raj, also served in the Indian Army and retired as a Captain.
Therefore, the family has remained connected to national service for many years.
Sujanpur MLA Captain Ranjit Singh expressed deep grief and described the soldier’s death as an irreparable loss for the area.
