Amritsar Drug Census Training Begins, 60 Staff Trained

Amritsar (Suraj Kamlesh): As per the directions of the Punjab Government, the first phase of training for the Drug Socio-Economic Census training in the southern constituency of Amritsar has been successfully completed under the leadership of Additional Commissioner Shri Jai Inder Singh.

The training program was conducted following the orders of Deputy Commissioner Dalwinder Singh. During the session, district-appointed trainers provided detailed training to around 60 supervisors and enumerators involved in the census process.

Addressing the participants, Additional Commissioner Jai Inder Singh said that such surveys are conducted by the government from time to time to assess the living standards and socio-economic conditions of the people. He urged all officials to carry out the census work with full dedication and accuracy.

In-charge Sanjeev Kalia welcomed all supervisors and enumerators and distributed mobile devices provided by the government to ensure smooth and timely completion of the census work.

Prominent attendees included supervisors Jasbir Singh, Sandeep Singh, Arun Kumar, Raminder Singh, and trainer Ajay Kumar Sharma.
