Amritsar (Rajesh Sandhu): The Pakistan Gurdwara Yatra 2026 will begin on June 10 as hundreds of Sikh pilgrims prepare to visit historic Sikh shrines in Pakistan. The pilgrimage has been organized to mark the martyrdom day of Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, the fifth Sikh Guru.

The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has completed all arrangements for the journey. Meanwhile, pilgrims whose visas were approved collected their passports from the SGPC office in Amritsar.

541 Sikh Pilgrims Receive Pakistan Visas

According to SGPC officials, the committee submitted 561 passports for visa processing. However, the Pakistani Embassy in New Delhi approved visas for 541 pilgrims.

As a result, 541 devotees will participate in the Pakistan Gurdwara Yatra 2026. SGPC officials have advised the remaining pilgrims to collect their passports before the group’s departure.
