Sarbjeet Kaur Alias Noor Hussain Says She Wants to Spend Life in Pakistan

Sarbjeet Kaur Says She Will Stay in Pakistan

The case of Sarbjeet Kaur alias Noor Hussain, who travelled to Pakistan, has taken a fresh turn after her latest statement following release from a shelter home. She has now declared that she wishes to spend the rest of her life in Pakistan.

Speaking to the media after her release, Sarbjeet Kaur claimed that her relationship is eight years old. Emphasising her commitment, she stated, “Even if I had no teeth left in my mouth, I would still have come to Pakistan.” Her remarks indicate that she stands firmly by her decision and denies being under any pressure.

She further clarified that choosing to stay in Pakistan is her personal decision and that she wants to live there happily. Her statement comes amid earlier speculation triggered by a purported audio clip that suggested she was being forced to stay in Pakistan and wanted to return to India. However, no official confirmation of that audio was ever made.

It is noteworthy that Sarbjeet Kaur, a resident of Kapurthala, had travelled to Pakistan on November 4, 2025, with a Sikh jatha to celebrate Gurpurab. While the group returned to India after ten days, she did not return, leading to political and social debate over the matter.

The latest development has once again brought the issue into the spotlight, with authorities closely monitoring the situation.
