The Punjab School Education Department will organize a statewide Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) along with a parents’ workshop in all government primary and upper primary schools on March 28, 2026 (Saturday).
Earlier scheduled for March 30, the event has now been rescheduled to March 28. The meeting will be conducted from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM across schools in Punjab.
During the programme, annual examination results for students from Classes I to XI (non-board classes) will be declared, and students will receive their Holistic Report Cards, highlighting their academic performance as well as overall development.
The initiative aims to strengthen parental involvement in children’s education and promote collaboration between teachers and parents for students’ comprehensive growth. Officials said parents will also be encouraged to ensure regular attendance and timely admission of their children for the upcoming academic session beginning April 1.
The Education Department believes the initiative will improve learning outcomes by fostering stronger communication between schools and families while ensuring smoother academic transitions for students.
