The three-day Progressive Punjab Investors Summit concluded in Mohali, aiming to strengthen Punjab’s industrial growth and attract investment.
Addressing industrialists from across India and abroad, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann assured that the state government is fully committed to supporting investors and offering various incentives to promote business in the region.
On the final day of the summit, the Chief Minister emphasized that such events play a crucial role in accelerating economic development. He noted that discussions held over the three days and the enthusiasm shown by investors clearly indicate that Punjab is emerging as a strong destination for industrial growth.
Mann highlighted that around 30 sessions were conducted during the summit, where industry leaders from various sectors shared their ideas and insights. He added that these discussions would help boost the state’s economic progress.
The Chief Minister also announced that a special review session will be held after six months to assess the progress of investment proposals and ensure their implementation on the ground.
Referring to the hardworking spirit of Punjabis, Mann said that people from the state are globally recognized for their dedication, courage, and entrepreneurial mindset. He stressed that the government aims to connect the potential of youth with employment and industrial opportunities.
Speaking about emerging technologies, he mentioned that while Artificial Intelligence is growing rapidly, human intelligence and innovation remain equally important. The government is therefore focusing on developing human resources alongside technological advancement.

Mann also said that the outdated practice of forcing agreements on industrialists is over, and the current government is focused on creating a business-friendly environment.
Highlighting Punjab’s rich cultural heritage, he described the state as the land of great Gurus, saints, and martyrs, known worldwide for its hospitality and hardworking people.
