President Droupadi Murmu on Four-Day Visit to Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Rajasthan

President Murmu on 4-Day Multi-State Visit

Droupadi Murmu will embark on a four-day visit to Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Rajasthan starting today, during which she will attend multiple public, spiritual and defence-related events.

Day 1: Maharashtra Visit

In Mumbai, the President will inaugurate the nationwide campaign ‘Saving Lives and Building a Healthier Bharat’, organised by PD Hinduja Hospital at Lok Bhavan.

On Tuesday, she will grace the ‘National Arogya Fair 2026’, organised by the Ministry of AYUSH at Shegaon in Buldhana district. The event will focus on traditional healthcare systems and holistic wellness initiatives.

She will also attend the state-level launch of ‘Golden Era of Maharashtra through Unity and Trust’, organised by the Brahma Kumaris in Nagpur.

Day 3: Jharkhand Engagements

On Thursday, the President will participate in the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of the Sri Jagannath Temple in Jamshedpur. The ceremony is being organised by the Shri Jaganaath Spiritual and Cultural Charitable Centre Trust.

She will also visit Manipal Tata Medical College in Jamshedpur and interact with students, highlighting her focus on education and youth engagement.

Final Day: Rajasthan Defence Event

On Friday, President Murmu will witness ‘Ex Vayushakti’ at Pokharan in Rajasthan, a major air power exercise showcasing the operational capabilities of the Indian Air Force.

The four-day tour underscores the President’s commitment to healthcare, spirituality, education and national defence across key states.
