MLA Jasbir Singh Sandhu Launches New Water Pipeline Project in Amritsar

New Water Pipeline Work Launched in Amritsar Ward 70

Amritsar: Residents of Ward No. 70’s Ram Avenue area will soon receive improved access to clean drinking water as MLA Dr. Jasbir Singh Sandhu inaugurated development work to install new water pipelines in the locality.

The initiative aims to provide a safe and uninterrupted drinking water supply to households facing long-standing water issues. Local residents and party leaders warmly welcomed the MLA during the launch event.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Jasbir Singh Sandhu stated that the Punjab Government is prioritizing the fulfillment of basic public needs. He explained that the new pipeline project was initiated after considering persistent water supply problems in the area, ensuring clean water reaches every home regularly.

He further added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party government is setting new development benchmarks across urban and rural Punjab, with citizen issues being addressed on a priority basis in every ward.

Residents expressed happiness over the start of development work, saying the new pipelines would provide relief from long-standing drinking water shortages. They also thanked MLA Sandhu and the Punjab Government for the initiative.

Ward No. 70 Councillor Vijay Bhagat, Jaspal Singh Putlighar, PA Madhav Sharma, Block President Tilak Raj, and other local representatives were present at the occasion.
