A shocking incident was reported from Usma village in Tarn Taran district, where a law college student was shot dead by a युवक, following which the accused allegedly took his own life by firing at himself.
According to police, the deceased have been identified as Sandeep Kaur, a resident of Naushera Pannuan, and Prince Raj Singh from village Mallian. Sandeep Kaur was pursuing her studies at a law college. The incident has sent shockwaves across the area.
Senior police officials reached the spot soon after the incident and initiated an investigation.
