Nutrition Facts

Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, folate, calcium, iodine, iron, zinc are essential for brain, eyes, bones, immunity, metabolism, and weight—but get them from food, not supplements. Research shows food provides fiber, enzymes, healthy fats supplements can’t match; excess vitamins can be toxic.

Healthy Alternatives

  • Mix veggies into picky kids’ favorites (e.g., potato with cauliflower).
  • Swap white bread/pasta/rice for whole grain versions.
