Devotee Donates ₹25 Lakh at Golden Temple Amritsar

Amritsar: A devotee from Jalandhar, Inderjit Singh Golati, has expressed deep faith by donating ₹25 lakh for ongoing services at Sri Harmandir Sahib.

He was honoured at the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) office by President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, who presented him with a siropa (robe of honour) and a golden model of Sri Darbar Sahib.

Speaking on the occasion, Dhami said that every Sikh has a deep spiritual desire to visit Sri Harmandir Sahib and contribute to seva according to their capacity. Devotees offer their “daswandh” to the Guru and seek blessings through service to the Guru Ghar.

He appreciated Inderjit Singh Golati’s contribution of ₹25 lakh towards services at Sri Darbar Sahib and prayed for his good health and well-being.

Several SGPC officials were present on the occasion, including Executive Member Bibi Harjinder Kaur, OSD Satbir Singh, Secretary Balwinder Singh Kahlwan, Private Secretary Shahbaz Singh, Deputy Secretary Jaswinder Singh Jassi, spokesperson Harbhajan Singh, Manager Bhagwant Singh Dhangera, and Additional Manager Gurpreet Singh, among others.
