New Delhi: In a major security breakthrough, the Special Cell of the Delhi Police has busted an inter-state terror, arms smuggling, and espionage module linked to Pakistan-based ISI and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
According to officials, the accused were in direct contact with Pakistan-based handlers and were receiving instructions through encrypted communication apps. They were allegedly involved in spying on sensitive national security locations and preparing for terror-related activities.
A total of 11 accused have been arrested in two major operations. Among them, 3 are from Delhi and 8 are from Punjab.

- Atul Rathi – Rohini, Delhi
- Rohit – Rohini, Delhi
- Ajay – Tatesar, Delhi
- Gurjeet Singh – Kapurthala, Punjab
- Rimpledeep Singh – Fazilka, Punjab
- Salwinder Singh alias Kalu – Fazilka, Punjab
- Harpreet Singh alias Happy – Moga, Punjab
- Buta Singh – Fazilka, Punjab
Officials said the module was operating in a coordinated manner, gathering sensitive information related to strategic and security-linked locations. Investigations suggest the group was acting under instructions from cross-border handlers.
Security agencies believe this bust has prevented a potential threat to national security. Further investigation is underway to trace the broader network and financial links of the module.
