Computer Teachers Seek Policy, Regularization from CM

Shimla: A delegation of the Himachal Pradesh Computer Teachers Federation met Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu at Oakover in Shimla on Monday to highlight issues faced by computer teachers across the state.

The delegation, led by federation president Suman Thakur, submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister outlining key demands and concerns related to job security and service conditions of computer teachers.

During the meeting, federation members urged the state government to formulate a permanent policy for computer teachers and requested their regularization. They stated that a clear and stable policy framework is essential to ensure job stability and improve the education system.

Chief Minister Sukhu patiently heard the concerns raised by the delegation and assured them that the state government would consider their demands sympathetically.

Among those present during the meeting were Mandi district president Ramesh Thakur, Una district president Hardev Singh, along with other representatives of the federation.
