Boxer Sweety Boora and Kabaddi Player Deepak Hooda Finalize Divorce by Mutual Consent

Sweety Boora and Deepak Hooda Divorce by Mutual Consent

International boxer and Arjuna Award winner Sweety Boora and kabaddi player Deepak Hooda have officially ended their marriage through mutual consent. The couple, who married in 2022, had been facing marital disputes since 2025.

Sweety Boora, a resident of Hisar, and Deepak Hooda, who hails from Rohtak, were reportedly involved in multiple disputes that included allegations of domestic violence and harassment. The matter even escalated at the women’s police station when both parties were called for reconciliation.

Following the breakdown of their relationship, Sweety filed for divorce in 2025. After both parties agreed to part ways amicably, the family court granted the divorce.

According to Sweety’s lawyer, Sunil Tiwari, both parties were present in court during the final hearing. Sweety informed the court that it was no longer possible for her to continue living with Deepak Hooda. Deepak Hooda, however, chose not to comment on the matter publicly.

Prior to the settlement, Sweety had demanded ₹50 lakh in compensation and ₹1.5 lakh per month as maintenance. However, the couple ultimately reached a mutual agreement and finalized the divorce without any financial settlement.
