BJYM Protests Against Congress at CTO Shimla Over AI Summit Controversy

BJYM Protests Congress at Shimla Over AI Summit Row

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) staged a protest at CTO Shimla today against Indian National Congress and its youth wing over their alleged actions during the AI Impact Summit held in Delhi.

The demonstration was led by BJYM State General Secretary Sushil Kadsholi, who served as the chief speaker. Several party leaders and office bearers, including candidate Sanjay Sood, State Secretary Kusum Sadaret, BJP State Media Coordinator Karn Nanda, Co-Incharge Pyar Singh Kanwar, and Sudip Mahajan, were present at the protest.

Addressing the gathering, Kadsholi alleged that the protest carried out by Congress workers during the AI Impact Summit in Delhi was a “well-planned conspiracy” to tarnish India’s international reputation. He stated that such actions reflect irresponsible opposition politics and accused Congress of promoting disorder instead of constructive debate.

Kadsholi further claimed that the protest was premeditated and that workers were mobilized following alleged provocation by Rahul Gandhi. He described the incident not as opposition to a political party but as an attempt to undermine India’s achievements and global standing.

According to BJYM leaders, some office bearers of the Youth Congress were reportedly detained in connection with the protest, highlighting the seriousness of the situation.

The BJYM leader emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is progressing in innovation, technology, and global leadership. He accused Congress of engaging in negative politics and creating disruptions during significant international events.

District President Sumit Thakur, Mandal President Rajiv Pandit, Bharat Bhushan, Rupa Sharda, Bittu Panna, Sanjeev Thakur, Sunil Dhar, Saroj Goyal, Raj Kumar Agarwal, Dhananjay Puri, Balwant Verma, and several other party workers were also present during the protest.

Concluding the event, Kadsholi stated that BJYM would continue to remain vigilant on issues related to national dignity and would oppose any anti-national mindset through democratic means.
