Amit Shah on Two-Day Tamil Nadu Visit, NDA Seat Talks in Tiruchi

Amit Shah in Tamil Nadu for NDA Seat Talks

Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will begin a two-day visit to Tamil Nadu from this evening, amid key political developments ahead of the upcoming elections.

During his visit, Amit Shah will participate in crucial discussions regarding seat-sharing arrangements of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Tiruchi. The meeting is expected to finalize key aspects of the alliance strategy in the state.

The Home Minister is also scheduled to address BJP workers at a public meeting in Karaikal tomorrow, aiming to energize the party cadre and strengthen grassroots mobilisation.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal, who is the BJP’s Tamil Nadu election in-charge, and Union Minister of State and former Tamil Nadu BJP President L. Murugan will accompany Amit Shah during the visit.

Security arrangements have been intensified in Tiruchirappalli (Tiruchi) in view of the Home Minister’s visit.

The trip is being seen as politically significant as the BJP looks to consolidate its position and strengthen the NDA alliance framework in Tamil Nadu ahead of the polls.
