MLA Reviews 10 Lakh Health Card Scheme in Amritsar East

MLA Jeevanjot Kaur from Amritsar East Assembly constituency today reviewed the ongoing work of health cards being issued under the Chief Minister Health Scheme at the office of Ramgarhia Welfare Board member Sharanjit Singh.

During the visit, the MLA interacted with beneficiaries and assessed the progress of the health card registration process, which provides free medical treatment coverage of up to 10 lakh rupees.

Speaking on the occasion, Jeevanjot Kaur said that the Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is committed to providing better healthcare facilities to the common people. She stated that the health cards offering free treatment up to 10 lakh rupees are proving to be a major relief for economically weaker and middle-class families.

Appreciating the efforts of Sharanjit Singh and his team for organizing the camp, she said such initiatives play a crucial role in ensuring that government welfare schemes reach deserving beneficiaries at the grassroots level.

The MLA appealed to residents of the constituency who have not yet registered for the Chief Minister Health Scheme to get their health cards made at the earliest to avail themselves of the benefits.

On the occasion, Sharanjit Singh and his team honored MLA Jeevanjot Kaur for her visit. Expressing gratitude, the MLA reaffirmed her commitment to the development of the constituency and continued public service.

Local leaders from various wards and area residents were also present during the event.
