In a commendable step toward social welfare and public service in Himachal Pradesh, Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank Limited extended financial assistance to the state government through contributions to key welfare funds.
Bank Chairman Mukesh Sharma presented cheques to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, contributing ₹20 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and ₹15 lakh to the ‘Sukh Ashray Fund’. The financial support is aimed at assisting underprivileged and needy sections of society across the state.
The initiative has been widely appreciated as a significant contribution toward strengthening social security measures and supporting welfare programs designed for vulnerable communities.
Several prominent dignitaries were present during the occasion, including Health Minister Dr. (Colonel) Dhani Ram Shandil, Doon MLA Ram Kumar Chaudhary, Arki MLA Sanjay Awasthi, Director Roshan Verma, and Managing Director Pankaj Sood.
