Badal also announced the revival of the Atta-Dal welfare scheme, under which eligible families would receive 30 kilograms of wheat and four kilograms of pulses.

The Akali Dal president further promised to increase old-age pension benefits to ₹3,100 per month and raise financial assistance under the Shagun Scheme to ₹1 lakh. He added that free tubewell electricity connections would be provided to farmers if the party forms the government.

Focusing on youth employment, Badal announced plans to establish a Skill University in Punjab, with training centers in every district aimed at providing skill training to one lakh young people annually.
