Shimla: The second phase of the 11th session of the 14th Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly commenced on its first day with Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania arriving at the Secretariat to conduct the proceedings.
The Speaker received a ceremonial guard of honour at Gate No. 1 and welcomed the Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) before the start of the day’s proceedings.
It is noteworthy that this session marks the fourth budget session of the present state government. The Assembly proceedings began with formal protocols, setting the stage for legislative discussions and budget-related business during the ongoing session.
