The Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is receiving appreciation for its people-welfare centric development initiatives across the state.
Speaking to the media, Prince Aneja, Chairman of Umeed Welfare Association, and Punjab President Ranjit Singh Bhagat stated that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government has taken historic decisions that directly impact the lives of common citizens. They asserted that reforms in education, healthcare, electricity, employment, and agriculture have provided significant relief to the people and strengthened public trust in the government.
They highlighted the state’s health insurance scheme offering coverage of up to ₹10 lakh, calling it a major relief for poor and middle-class families. According to them, the initiative has reduced the burden of expensive medical treatment and ensured equal access to healthcare for all sections of society.
The leaders further said that the government’s efforts to strengthen law and order and its anti-corruption drive have boosted confidence among traders and those associated with the transport sector. Transparent administrative systems have reportedly minimized bureaucratic delays and reduced the need for citizens to run from office to office.
They also praised the government’s initiatives aimed at youth empowerment, particularly in education and job creation.
Expressing political confidence, Prince Aneja and Ranjit Singh Bhagat claimed that due to these “historic decisions,” the people of Punjab would once again support the Aam Aadmi Party in the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections.
The remarks underline growing political momentum as Punjab moves closer to the next electoral cycle.
