Himachal CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu Hospitalised at AIIMS Delhi Due to Stomach Pain

Himachal CM Sukhu Admitted to AIIMS Delhi

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, has been admitted to AIIMS Delhi following a deterioration in his health. According to sources, the Chief Minister was hospitalized due to stomach pain and is currently undergoing treatment.

As of now, AIIMS has not released any official medical bulletin regarding his condition. However, sources indicate that his health is stable and he remains under medical observation at the hospital.

The Chief Minister is expected to stay in Delhi today, with reports suggesting that he may return to Shimla on Sunday, depending on medical advice.

Sukhu had travelled to the national capital along with his full cabinet on February 19. On February 20, he met senior Congress leaders, including Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, to discuss several key issues concerning the state.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister raised concerns over the worsening financial condition of Himachal Pradesh following the discontinuation of RDG grants. Discussions were also held regarding losses faced by apple growers due to recent US trade agreements, which have impacted the state’s horticulture sector.

Meanwhile, cabinet ministers who had accompanied Sukhu to Delhi have returned to their respective constituencies.

Further updates on the Himachal CM’s health are awaited as officials monitor his recovery closely.
