After inaugurating the India AI Impact Expo, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited various pavilions showcasing cutting-edge artificial intelligence innovations. During his tour, he explored exhibits by Sarvam AI, Meta, Airtel, and later reached the AI pavilion set up by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
At the Jio pavilion, the Prime Minister was briefed about several AI-powered models and solutions developed by the company. Chairman Akash Ambani explained how Jio is building a robust AI ecosystem aimed at transforming multiple sectors.
PM Modi reviewed key AI initiatives, including Jio Intelligence, Jio Sanskriti AI, Jio Arogya AI, Jio Shiksha, and Jio AI Home. These models focus respectively on enterprise intelligence, preservation of Indian languages and cultural content, healthcare services, personalized education solutions, and smart home-based AI features.
The showcased models demonstrated how AI can assist hospitals in diagnostics, enable customized learning in schools, and help preserve India’s rich linguistic heritage. Jio emphasized its commitment to developing technology that benefits not only metropolitan cities but also rural and small-town India.
Reiterating its vision of “AI for All,” the company highlighted that making advanced technology accessible and inclusive is key to achieving true digital transformation across the country.
