A 25-year-old married woman suffered a brutal gang-rape inside a moving vehicle in Faridabad before being dumped on the road with critical injuries, police confirmed today.
The attack unfolded late on December 29, 2025, when the victim, staying at her parents’ home amid marital issues, accepted a lift from two strangers after visiting a friend in Sector 23. Instead of heading home, the accused—one from Uttar Pradesh and the other from Madhya Pradesh, both Faridabad residents—drove toward Gurugram, assaulted her through the night, and ejected her near Raja Chowk around 3 AM.

She sustained serious head wounds requiring stitches and managed to contact her sister, who rushed her to a hospital. The sister filed the complaint, prompting swift police action—both perpetrators were nabbed and are under interrogation, with a test identification parade planned soon, said Faridabad police spokesperson Yashpal Yadav.
This shocking case underscores rising safety concerns for women at night in Haryana, as authorities probe further for any additional involvement.
