Chandigarh: Retired IAS officer of the 1988 batch, Sanjay Gupta Takes Charge as PSERC Chairman, has officially taken charge as the new Chairperson of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission. The oath ceremony took place at Vikas Bhawan, Mohali.
