The situation worsened when the bear reportedly attacked several domestic animals. This led to growing anger and fear among locals.

Forest Department Takes Action
After repeated complaints from locals, the Forest Department took immediate action. Under the direction of DFO Gurharsh Singh, officials formed a special rescue team. Moreover, the team installed cages in sensitive areas of Delath to capture the animal safely.
Bear Finally Caught in Trap
On Wednesday morning, the bear entered the cage while searching for food. Consequently, the forest team successfully trapped it without causing harm.
